Here is a little overview of what is waiting for you in Czechia this year.
All costs for joint meals and activities en route for Thursday, Friday and Saturday have to be paid in advance. You will get the payment information with your confirmation e-mail.
The costs are 3,900.00 Czech koruna (or 162.50 euros) per person.
Thursday, 9 May
Check-in at the Vienna House Easy hotel until ca 17.30 in the afternoon. At 18.00 hrs we’ll meet for an informal glass of champagne to get to know each other, after which everybody is free to take a walk through the city centre of Plzeň and have dinner in one of the many restaurants of every kind and style.
Friday, 10 May
Starting in the morning, we will go on a 130 km round trip. There will be a stop for a historic visit and lunch at noon. As it’s just a reasonably short drive, we will return to Plzeň in the afternoon, which allows us to visit the Pilsner Urquell brewery. A brewery tour will be followed by a joint dinner there.
Saturday, 11 May
In the spirit of a true drive-it day, we will head north, passing through plains and hills with lots of water on our way. The destination is one of the most famous towns in Bohemia with a centuries long history to keep people fit and healthy. The total driving distance for the day is scheduled at roughly 250 kms.
In the evening, we will gather at the hotel restaurant for the formal event dinner.
Sunday, 12 May
